Procurement and coordination

Together with you, we look at which installers and showrooms suit your project, taking into account your wishes and our experience. We attend the meetings with these parties and can take care of the purchasing for you. We are the hub between all the different parties and make sure the installers and showrooms are well aligned with each other and with your project. Our goal is to relieve you completely and to optimise the processes, so that profit margins increase. On the one hand we do this by making good (price) agreements, on the other by carefully checking all documents.

During construction we keep you continuously informed of the costs and revenues of the installers and showrooms, so you get a clear picture of the financial progress of the project. To this end we can prepare various analyses that give you insight into the performance and risks of these parts. We manage the various processes and coordinate them, so that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We evaluate the installers and showrooms both during and at the end of the project, including feedback from buyers. We are open and transparent about the results and the points for improvement.
