We have many years of experience in contracting and in dealing with tenants and buyers, so we know the wishes of both parties and what is happening in the market. Your interests come first, and we ensure a good construction process and satisfied tenants.

We like to think along with you from the start of the design process, so that together we can achieve the most efficient design possible. We also check all documents, such as architectural drawings and specifications, to see whether your wishes have been properly incorporated and to prevent errors. We guide the entire permit process and the tender.

During construction we provide expert supervision. We monitor the progress and quality of the work, keep track of the finances and check that all agreements are kept. You can also leave chairing site meetings, evaluating projects and holding information sessions to us. We are the point of contact for management and (sub)contractors throughout the entire process.

Finally, we hand over the new homes. We check that all work has been completed and whether any snagging items remain. We prepare a final report accounting for all results and costs. We evaluate the project with you and discuss any points for improvement for the future.
