Project management

Relocation management
Preparation plays a major role in a smooth relocation. The starting point is to cause as little disruption as possible for those involved. It is also important that users quickly feel at home again. With a detailed plan, including the necessary checklists, schedule and budget, we keep an overview of the entire process. This overview allows us to keep good control during the move.
(Re)construction management
When constructing or renovating a building, there are many aspects to take into account. With a complete overview we can easily keep control of all of them: coordination of construction work, cost control, planning, energy and safety, quality and the fit-out of your building. Design and fit-out guidance
We like to think along with you about the design and fit-out, before and during the process. We offer the design and fit-out with accompanying 3D images and videos. We can also coordinate all the work needed to fit out a building. Our approach is to think from the perspective of the (future) user. Thanks to our extensive experience, we can form a clear picture of the wishes of the (potential) users.
